Have your camera ready to photograph wildlife in their natural state such as wallabies, penguins and echidnas that inhabit the island.

As dusk settles on the island be prepared to have your heart strings pulled as you watch the adorable Fairy Penguins waddle onto shore, then follow them up the boardwalks to their nests up close.
